In the afternoon of May 26, the Party Committee of the College of Foreign Languages held a Party Congress in the lecture hall of the College to elect the delegates to the Second Congress of the Communist Party of Shanghai Maritime University. During the election, the students and teachers filled out the ballots and voted in an orderly manner. Finally, the conference elected 8 representatives from the College of Foreign Languages to attend the second Party Congress of the university, including 6 faculty members and 2 students.
This election is an important event in the political life of the College. The smooth procedure would lay a good foundation for the participation of students and faculty members of the College of Foreign Languages in the work related to the Second Party Congress of the University.
