In the afternoon of December 16, the 11th Postgraduate Academic Forum was held in the conference rooms of the Foreign Languages Building.
The forum was divided into three sessions: Foreign Language and Literature, English Translation, and Chinese International Education, in which more than 50 postgraduates from all grades sent in papers and attracted many postgraduate students to attend. In each session, the students presented their innovative ideas and argumentation process.
The forum comments and awards were held in Room 326 of the Foreign Language Building, hosted by He Shaobin, Vice Dean of the College. The judges commented on the students’ research results and on-site defense, praised the students’ independent research and dedication to exploration, and gave their pertinent opinions. After that, Vice Dean He Shaobin, Vice Secretary Qian Minfang, Professor Song Zhiping, Professor Zhang Yan, and Professor Mu Congjun awarded prizes to the winning students. Finally, all the students and teachers took a group photo in front of the Foreign Language Building.
The event lasted for more than one month. The teachers of the College organized it carefully, and the postgraduates actively contributed and participated in it, which encouraged the students to devote themselves to their professional research.
