In order to further promote the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, the Party Committee of the College of Foreign Languages held a general meeting of all faculty members in the afternoon of November 18 to study and convey the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee.
