In the afternoon of November 11, in order to further improve the College’s performance salary allocation and enhance the democratic management of the College, a meeting of teachers’ representatives was held in Room 515 of the Foreign Language Building. Zhu Yaobin, secretary of the Party Committee of the College, attended the meeting, and Yao Liluo, chairman of the labor union of the College, presided over the meeting, with representatives of teachers from all departments and rooms attending.
At the meeting, the participating teachers discussed the performance salary allocation method adopted by the college in 2019, and combined with the implementation of the method for one year, the teachers put forward their opinions or suggestions on the post level setting, teaching and research results incentive, postgraduate tutor assessment, course coefficient, college development and other issues. Through the discussion and exchange, while putting forward opinions on the distribution method of performance salary, a consensus was also formed to gather people in harmony and stability and to promote the continuous development of the College.
At the end of the seminar, Zhu Yaobin, secretary of the Party committee, pointed out in his speech that listening to the opinions on the implementation method of performance work showed the implementation of the faculty’s right to democratic participation and management, and is also an objective need and a realistic requirement for the College to promote major decisions.
