In order to further promote the implementation of the investigation and research work on the theme of not forgetting the original heart and remembering the mission, Zhu Yaobin, secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Foreign Languages, led a group of five people to visit the School of Logistics Engineering to carry out research work on the team building and performance salary implementation plan of the School, and was warmly received by the dean of the School of Logistics Engineering. At the meeting, Dean Hu Xiong introduced the team building situation and assessment management methods of the College of Logistics Engineering, as well as the distribution of performance salary of the College. The leaders of the two colleges and relevant persons in charge discussed how to improve the team building, combine the actual situation of the colleges, reasonably allocate the performance salary and improve the incentive mechanism of teaching rewards.
